This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our recorded digital courses and live tutoring sessions conducted via Zoom. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through WithArabic, including:

  • Recorded digital courses — pre-recorded video lessons available for download.
  • Live tutoring sessions — real-time one-to-one or group lessons conducted via Zoom with Dr. Abdul Jabbar or a member of our teaching team.
  • Course bundles and study plans — packaged combinations of the above.

2. Refund Eligibility — Recorded Courses

All recorded digital courses purchased through our platform are downloadable or instantly accessible digital products. For this reason, the following policy applies:

  • No refunds are issued once the student has been granted access to the course content.
  • Once a purchase is completed and access to the content is provided, the product is considered fully delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility — Live Sessions

Live tutoring sessions require scheduling and instructor availability. The following conditions apply:

  • Full refund: Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
  • Reschedule option: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to instructor availability.
  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or in cases of no-show without prior notice.

If a session is cancelled by WithArabic or the instructor for any reason, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered at the learner's discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us by email with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at time of purchase.
  • The name of the course or the date of the live session.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt).

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.

WithArabic does not charge any administrative fee for processing approved refunds.

⚠ Note for payment providers and financial institutions: All refunds issued by WithArabic are made in response to legitimate customer requests in accordance with this published policy. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and are fully documented. WithArabic operates transparently and maintains complete transaction records for all purchases and refunds.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our standard refund process.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WithArabic may result in suspension of access to our platform and services. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that does not comply with the terms of this policy.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Recorded digital courses for which access has already been granted, regardless of how much content has been viewed or downloaded.
  • Courses or sessions purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Gifts or transfers of course access to a third party.

WithArabic reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
